Why before? Because the first time they release the PPGZ as teaser, the costume was like these, until they change it (or other else I didn't know about...please tell me if I'm right or wrong). Anyway, you can blame me now why I use these costumes. I've just miss drawing Powerpuff Girls ever since. And also, I didn't watch it, so maybe someday, I should add another PPGZ fanarts here. This could be very interesting here...
