Finally I Made It!

After so many years have waited, there will be a Filipino character in new Tekken series!

Her name is Josie Rizal. Her specialty is eskrima and kickboxing. Since she is new, there's no background story yet, but I hope there will be interesting.

There are lot of requests from the Filipino Tekken players to have a fighter from the Phillippines for the upcoming Tekken 7, and Mr. Harada granted their wish. Although some have positive feedback, others didn't like her, especially her outfit and her name (it came from the name Dr. Jose Rizal, a national hero). Even an (un)official from the National Center for Culture and the Arts didn't like her because of "wrong impression". That's crazy and stupid.

For me, I don't care about her because she's just a video game character, and I'm happy to add another roster in Tekken 7. Thank you, Mr. Harada and the the rest of the team. I will practice her moves when she released.
